You can change your plan at any time. Start with a free plan and start designing. When you’re ready to send, upgrade to a plan that best fits your sending profile. Our Pay as You Go plan is great if you only plan on sending a few incentives or lower value incentives. If you want to send volume or higher value incentives, our Essentials, Standard, and Corporate plans are great options as they provide volume discounts by capping your delivery fee. All plans can be canceled at any time. See our terms of service for details. After you cancel, funds not in reserve for the fulfillment of active projects will be returned. You will continue to have access to active projects through the project end date. No new Instruments may be sent after the effective date of cancellation. The  “Pay as You Go” plans do not involve license fees. Monthly or annual license fees prepaid under plans, as well as any other non-recurring engineering fees and other fixed fees, will be non-refundable.

With TruCentive, you set how long a recipient has to claim their digital card. If a recipient does not claimed their incentive during the desired timeframe, TruCentive automatically issues your account a 100% refund of the incentive value.* This allows you to maximize the ROI of your program and eliminates waste from those recipients who are no longer reachable.

* Our Free Delivery Plan maximum expiration term is 6 months. Incentives are not returned to your account.

Our Essentials, Standard, and Enterprise plans include volume discounts. These discounts are based on the volume of incentives you deliver over the lifetime of your relationship with TruCentive. You can fund your account with a Credit Card (US only), Checks and Bank Transfers (ACH or Wires).  You can pre-fund your account via Bank Transfers to ensure orders are processed immediately, other payment options may require time for authorization.
